Definition

t-cells

Lymphocytes produced by the thymus. A part of the immune system.

telangiectasia

Abnormal, dilated, superficial blood vessel or collection of blood vessels, appearing as a red tracery on the skin.

tumor

An overgrowth of tissue. May be cancerous or benign

tumor necrosis factor

A substance produced by cells which have come in contact with viruses or tumor cells. It has been shown to kill some tumors, including melanomas.
