The Skin Cancer Foundation would like to thank the students and staff of
W. T. Clarke Middle School, in Westbury, NY, for their recent donation. The students participated in Penny Harvest, a philanthropic program administered by Common Cents. “Too often we feel that unless we do something grand, it doesn't mean anything," says Debbie Marks, a special education teacher at the middle school. "But those pennies add up, and even children with few resources can work together to make the world a better place.”
