The Skin Cancer Foundation often receives requests for suggestions or tips on how to spread the word about skin cancer locally—and help the Foundation. A fundraising event for The Skin Cancer Foundation is an excellent opportunity to raise skin cancer awareness and promote sun safety. What type of event is right for your community? There are numerous options, including parties, walk/runs, and health fairs.

When your event plans are established, we ask that you let the public know that the event is in benefit of The Skin Cancer Foundation.  While you may use The Skin Cancer Foundation name to advertise for your fundraising event, you cannot claim that the Foundation is sponsoring it.
