The Skin Cancer Foundation Membership

The Skin Cancer Foundation’s physician members are at the heart of everything we do. They are dedicated to advancing our mission and expanding the reach of our lifesaving programs into communities around the country. We are grateful for their commitment and support.

Physician Membership Levels

Founded by Rex A. Amonette, MD, and his wife, Johnnie, the Amonette Circle is our exclusive group of actively involved U.S.-based physicians. Amonette Circle members annually contribute $2,500 to The Skin Cancer Foundation by making a donation or raising the funds. They are committed to advancing our lifesaving work by serving as our spokespersons, volunteering for our programs, assisting with fundraising initiatives and strengthening our network.

Members of the Mission Fund are physicians who support the Foundation’s educational and outreach programs. They work with us to provide the public with the resources and tools they need to prevent, detect and treat skin cancer. The Mission Fund is open to U.S.-based physicians.

Membership in the Mission Fund is $1,000 a year.

The Skin Cancer Foundation’s founder, Perry Robins, MD, was a pioneering practitioner of Mohs surgery, which today is considered the most effective technique for treating many nonmelanoma skin cancers. Robins Fund membership is open to U.S.-based fellowship-trained and/or board-certified Mohs surgeons. They support our educational initiatives focused on Mohs surgery along with our early detection programs.

Membership in the Robins Fund is $1,000 a year.
