The Road to Healthy Skin Tour made a stop just outside of Sacramento in the town of Roseville, CA. Local dermatologists, Summer Youker, MD, and Andrea Wiley, MD, volunteered a portion of their Saturday to provide free skin cancer screenings. Throughout the 6-hour event, 37 participants were screened, detecting 17 suspicious lesions with one being a potential melanoma. One person said that they come to this Rite Aid almost every day in the summer for ice cream. That's how they knew we would be here today. It was another successful day for the Tour!
